Direct admission for entry into Nursery-A (3 years and above) to Kindergarten (K.G) follows first-come-first basis. Entrance test and interview will be conducted for Classes 1 to 7. No new admissions for Classes 8 to 10 are entertained. Special cases related to parent's transfer will be accepted for Class 8 & 9, if the student has scored 60% and above in the last exam. Students with tattoos and other body markings will not be entertained.
Admissions into Class - 11 (Arts Stream) at Mewi Higher Secondary School is based on strict selection criteria to ensure academic commitment and integrity among students. Applicants must secure a minimum aggregate of 60% in their HSLC examinations from a recognized board.
Beyond academic performance, equal importance is given to a student's discipline, conduct and attitude towards learning. The school upholds high standards of character and expects every applicant to demonstrate respect, responsibility, and sincerity both in and outside the classroom.

Prospectus with Admission forms (for New Admission) will be issued by September (Classes Nursery to 7).
Dates of entrance test and interview will be intimated from the Principal's Office.
Prospectus, forms and Admissions for Class 11 (Arts Stream) will commence immediately after the declaration of HSLC results.
At the time of Admission, selected candidaes should produce the following:
Two passport sized photos
Official Date of Birth Certificate (Xerox xopy)
Pupil's Commulative Record (PCR)
HSLC marksheet and certificate (for Class 11 Arts Stream Admissions)
